What I do
I am a Business Consultant/Coach specialising in helping Owners and Executives of mid-sized companies to unlock cash and realise potential profits in their business and to develop and implement strategies and business plans to take their company and their lifestyle to the next level
How I do that
I start by working with them to improve their current financial performance whilst we work on the long-term business strategy, using my knowledge and experience and the latest technology, internet marketing and social media to gain a competitive advantage. During that process, I help them to start to work on, rather than in their business, to become outstanding leaders of their companies and to lead a more balanced life.
You know how
many successful business-people who have built a substantial mid- sized businesses reach a point where they are so busy working in their business that they don’t have time to work on their business, and no time for their families, friends, or themselves. When they reach this point, the combination of their limited experience in running and continuing to develop and grow a larger business and the lack of balance in their lives will often lead to stress, anxiety and lack of focus. As a result, their business’s performance plateaus or even goes backwards, and the way ahead becomes uncertain.

help them to identify the opportunities and critically important actions they must take to get the results they want, and at the same time help them to become outstanding leaders of their companies. This frees up their time and enables them to devote time and energy to creating a more balanced lifestyle; time for their family, friends, and themselves. Our results are achieved by applying the knowledge and learnings from my 25 years of experience at “C” level in businesses of all sizes, in multiple industries, in 6 countries.

My Board experience over the last 20 years, serving on the boards of more than 5 significant Australasian organisations since 1991, including Optus Communications, Optus Vision, Qantas Air NZ, and Sunbeam Victa; and “C” level executive experience (CEO, CFO and COO) in Large Corporations, Mid- Sized Companies and New Start-Ups, across multiple industries in general, financial and operational management positions, in 6 countries has given me a unique perspective and understanding of the critical elements of a successful business and how to implement them.
My recent training and experience in internet and social media marketing has given me the ability to infuse modern thinking and technology with traditional business solutions to achieve optimal solutions to today’s business challenges.

Business systems implementations and upgrades have been a special interest throughout my career, from SAP and MRP2 to bespoke industry specific systems in a number of companies.
I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Cranfield University (UK), and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK)
